I took the MetMass class with Spencer, he was amazing! We got into pairs and worked our way through 10 stations. Each station had two exercises that you repeated with your partner for 4 minutes. You only go to each station once so it’s not repetitive at all which sometimes can happen in a circuit class. Each class focuses on a different body part, this one was upper body.

8/10 - you know it’s about to be a good workout when every single person in the class is RIPPED. Even though this was upper body class, we still got a ton of cardio in.

This space is GYM GOALS. Major underground bad ass rocky vibes. The locker rooms are fully stocked with showers and the works. Also, free towels. Valet parking in the garage attached for almost all class times (not early morning classes though). Bringing a friend to be your “partner” would be ideal but not necessary. I could definitely see this gym being a perfect place to get a permanent membership since they also offer open gym times. Cant wait to be back!
