This class is a full body strength and balance bliss. I love that it’s not super taxing on the body but will still make your muscles shake and have you breaking a sweat. I love when I can fit this into my routine once a week. The instructor keeps the class in a rhythm and it feels like a nice flow. The whole class is on the reformer which can be intimidating at first but you get the hang of it pretty quick. It is a lot of small, intentional pulses as well as full range of motion pulls and pushes.

5/10 - You may not sweat in this class or you may sweat buckets, it just kind of depends. But i can guarantee you will feel muscles you forgot you even had.

The classes range between 6-10 ClassPass points which is right about where other classes are. Your first class is $15 and then after that a single class is $30.

Parking can be tough at the Lovers Lane location. I usually just park across the street if it looks extra busy or if I’m running late. They don’t have showers or a locker room but you really won’t need it. They do have a bathroom, water fountain, and lockers.
