I took the shred class with Tony T. This is a full body, bootcamp style workout. We got in groups of three and went through the stations doing 50 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest. You do two minutes at each station then you go to the next. Once you’ve hit all the stations, a new round begins and a few new exercises are mixed in. You really hit every single body part as well as cardio.
8/10 - this call was a KILLER. I have not been this winded in a very long time.

This seemed like a place where a lot of people were members which is always a good sign. No frills in this studio, all work. It’s in a strip center so there’s plenty of parking. There is only one shower so keep that in mind. Bring your own water and a towel. Keep in mind this class is a full hour as a lot of classes are only 45. A perfect weekend SHRED for me.
